Setl City (a company of Setl Group) has commissioned a secondary comprehensive school for 1175 pupils in GreenLandiya-1 residential estate near the Devyatkino metro station. Design and construction was carried out at the company's own expense.
The school is a varied-height building with a main four-storey building and adjoining wings.The façade is decorated in beige colors with brown, red and green accents. The school has an assembly hall for an audience of 705, a library with a media center and a reading room divided into individual and group work areas and a lecture hall. The building houses woodworking and metalworking shops, and a cooking and housekeeping room. The sports unit includes a large and a small gymnasium, as well as a gym for limited-mobility groups of students. There are lounges and playrooms for students’ recreation.
In the courtyard of the school there is a sports area, including soccer, volleyball and basketball grounds, a jogging track and a jumping field, and outdoor game grounds. Trees and shrubs have been planted.
In December 2017, as part of the itinerancy of Murino, the school was visited by Alexander Drozdenko, Governor of Leningrad Region. The head of the region, accompanied by Ilya Yeryomenko, CEO of Setl City, inspected the classrooms and the gym and appreciated the pace and quality of the construction.
