The residential estate Petrovsky Estate on the Water consists of three eight-storey buildings with an underground car-park for 440 cars. The unique design project for the estate was developed by the Evgeny Gerasimov and Partners architectural studio. The residential estate is located between Petrovskaya Square, Petrovsky Avenue and the bank of the Malaya Neva, and has excellent transport accessibility – the connection with Vasilyevsky Island and the southern part of the city will be provided by a fixed bridge across the Serny Island (construction to be completed in 2018) and by a new section of the WHSD (Western High-Speed Diameter).
The buildings of the luxury estate are erected on the embankment, which will provide most apartments with a picturesque panoramic view of the Malaya Neva. Setl City will provide residents of the estate with a social, shopping and service infrastructure. A kindergarten for 160 kids, children's and sports grounds, a garden of its own, recreation gazebos and a pedestrian promenade leading to the embankment will be built in the estate. High-class commercial spaces will be situated on the first floor of the building on the side of Petrovsky Avenue. The commissioning of the residential estate is expected in Q4 2019.
